Welcome to a new year.
Believe it or not, renewal time is upon us. This year everyone will be mailed out a yellow renewal form
with important information on it. Read it carefully and use this form when sending in your renewal.
Please make sure that your phone number is included and you let us know if you have access to the
internet to view our website. For all junior members please provide their date of birth.
Just a reminder: that if I do not receive your renewal by March 15th you will not be listed in the directory.
However, if you wish not to be listed in the directory, you can still renew early and just write me a note
asking me not to put you in the directory. Don’t let that be your reason for renewing late.
Don’t forget the special promotion running for new members: Dues for 2009 for new adult members
are $10.00 each and juniors age 19 and under are $5.00. Applications can be printed off of our
website for new members and renewals.
If anyone has any concerns, suggestions or comments that they would like to contribute to the
2009 Directory please contact me by March 15th.
Please remember to drop me a postcard or e-mail me at MBBA217@comcast.net if you have
a change of address or you find a portion of your address is incorrect.
I must have accurate records in order for you to receive things properly and timely.
